In the article entitled Considerations When Analyzing the Methylation Status of PTEN Tumor Suppressor Gene (Volume 160, pages 795–800), on page 796 the legend for Table 1 should have read as follows:
PCR primers and annealing temperatures for MSP and MSRA are indicated. For MSP, sequence differences between the bisulfite-modified and -untreated genomic DNA are shown in bold, while differences between methylated and unmethylated sequences are underlined. Sets IV-A and IV-B were used to amplify PTEN and the pseudogene, respectively, while set IV-C primers are the same as reported by Salvesen et al.23 For MSRA, nucleotide differences between PTEN and the pseudogene are underlined. Genomic position is defined by the location of the 5′ nucleotide of the sense primer from the translationalstart site of PTEN (GenBank accession number AF143312).
In the article entitled Expression Profiling of Renal Epithelial Neoplasms: A Method for Tumor Classification and Discovery of Diagnostic Molecular Markers (Volume 158, pages 1639–1651), the url given on page 1642 for the Supplemental Data should have read http://www.emory.edu/PATHOLOGY/MolResearch/Supp_Data_v2.html.
In the article entitled Glomerular Permselectivity Factors Are Not Responsible for the Increase in Fractional Clearance of Albumin in Rat Glomerulonephritis (Volume 159, pages 1159–1170) the last sentence of the third paragraph on page 1161 should have read, “The specific activity of polydisperse Ficoll 70 was 2.2 × 107 dpm/mg and carboxymethyl Ficoll 40 was 5.9 × 106 dpm/mg.”
