p. 233 In the 4th and 5th lines of the right hand column the retention times for N-desbutylhalofantrine enantiomers are reversed. It should read ‘(−)-N-desbutylhalofantrine: 32.5 min, and (+)-N-desbutylhalofantrine: 38.0 min’.
p. 234 The 2nd line of the right hand column should read ‘Plasma concentration of (+)-N-desbutylhalofantrine (M+)’.
p. 235 Figure 2. The lower panel of Figure 2 has the metabolite concentrations reversed. The last two lines of the figure legend should read ‘(+)-N-desbutylhalofantrine (○) and (−)-N-desbutylhalofantrine (•) for all subjects’.
p. 235 The 2nd and 3rd lines of the right column should read ‘were much lower for (−)-N-desbutylhalofantrine (M−) than for (+)-N-desbutylhalofantrine (M+) (Figure 2)’.
