Localization of Ark1p-GFP in yeast strains expressing wild-type Abp1p or Abp1p with SH3 domain substitutions. Yeast strains transformed with a plasmid expressing Ark1p-GFP under control of the inducible GAL1,10 promoter were grown in the presence of galactose for 14 hr to induce Ark1p-GFP expression.
