Abstract

Lymph node cells from C57B1 mice, allergized with BP8 tumour cells plus Freund's Complete Adjuvant, adhered to BP8 cells in vitro after gentle centrifugation. The distribution of the lymph node cells over the BP8 cells did not conform to a Poisson Distribution. A statistical model was constructed to describe the distribution, and the biological significance of aspects of the model is discussed.
