Page 4155, Table 3: Sequences for primers 1367-r, 1449-f, 1448-r, and 1423-f should read as follows: 1367-r, CCACCWGCATAACCATTRTACAT; 1449-f, GGGACTCWACACAAAATAGACAAA; 1448-r, ACATCACCGGGGGTATTRTTTGG; and 1423-f, TCNGAAATGGATGTTGG. We failed to point out that the sequences of primers 1421 and 1422 were published by Vennema et al. (56), that the sequence of primer 1423 was published by Green et al. (15), and that the sequence of primer 1424-r was based on a primer described earlier by Green et al. (15) but used as a reverse primer by Boxman et al. (5a). Reference 5a was omitted and is shown below.
