Relationship between Deoxyribonucleoside Triphosphate Pools and Deoxyribonucleic Acid Synthesis in an nrdA Mutant of Escherichia coli

Abstract

A shift to 42°C in an nrdA mutant causes a decrease in deoxyribonucleic acid synthesis without a concomitant decrease in deoxynucleotide triphosphate pools.
