On page 443, the primer sequences for quantitative analysis of Tim-2 expression are incorrect. The corrected sequences are as follows: Forward primer: 5′-CCTCTACTTCTCCAACACCAGCA-3′ Reverse primer: 5′-CCTCAGCTGTAGTCTGATCTGGATAA-3′ FAM probe: 5′-ACACAGAGACCTACAAACCAGAGGCCACTACA-3′. In addition, in Fig. 5 B the data for the hIgG-treated control group of mice were incorrect. The corrected figure and legend appear below.

Figure 5.

Figure 5.

(B) SJL/J mice were immunized for the induction of EAE with PLP 139–151 emulsified in CFA, and treated with only one injection on day 8 with either Tim-2 Ig (▵) or hIgG (▪). Mice were examined daily for signs of EAE. Mice treated with Tim-2Ig demonstrated significantly lower (P < 0.01) cumulative disease scores when compared with PBS and hIgG controls.
