In their article “Disclosing Medical Errors to Patients: Attitudes and Practices of Physicians and Trainees” [J Gen Intern Med. 2007;22:988-986 (DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/s11606-007-0227-z], the authors report that the National Patient Safety Foundation has changed the website address for FOCUS on Patient Safety Newsletter.
