(Blue) Tandem acceptors with the pattern HAGHAG (H = A, C, T); (red) acceptors with the pattern HAGGAG; (green) acceptors with the pattern GAGHAG. Note that there is no human confirmed GAGGAG acceptor that is conserved, hence none can be confirmed in mouse.
