The Morning After Pill

Abstract

Diethylstilboestrol 5 mg tid × 5 days has proven effective in preventing pregnancy in a small series of girls of child-bearing age who had unprotected intercourse and who presented themselves within 48 hours. The author suggests that this therapy would be applicable to women on contraception who err in taking their medication.
