A n 82-year-old woman presents with multiple rough, scaly, ill-defined erythematous papules and plaques on her nose, cheeks, and forehead. The lesions occur on a background of sun-damaged skin.

The most likely diagnosis is

  1. Seborrheic keratosis

  2. Actinic keratosis

  3. Seborrheic dermatitis

  4. Basal cell carcinoma

  5. Poikiloderma
