A case of resolving idiopathic hypoparathyroidism.

Abstract

A 72 year old man developed idiopathic hypoparathyroidism. The condition spontaneously resolved which, to our knowledge, has not been previously described. Causes of fluctuating hypocalcaemia are outlined and their possible relevance to our patient discussed.
