Ovarian carcinoma presenting as pyrexia of unknown origin.

Abstract

A patient with a poorly differentiated clear cell adenocarcinoma of the ovary presenting as pyrexia of unknown origin is reported. Following resection of the tumour, her pyrexia resolved completely.
