Bilateral pulmonary arteriovenous fistulae treated with balloon embolization.

Abstract

A patient with bilateral pulmonary arteriovenous fistulae is described who was treated successfully by embolization of the two fistulae with detachable balloons introduced percutaneously through the femoral vein.
