The syndrome of diabetes insipidus, diabetes mellitus and optic atrophy (DIDMOA) with diabetic cheiroarthropathy

Abstract

Two sisters with diabetes mellitus and optic atrophy are described. One of them also has vasopressin responsive diabetes insipidus. Both have diabetic cheiroarthropathy, an unusual deformity of the hands.
