Abstract

A general method is presented for the direct selection of transductional clones of Salmonella containing suppressor mutations. The supD locus is about 40% cotransducible with the closest fla markers examined. The probable map order is: supD501-(flaD42-flaB36)-(flaA41-flaA37).
