Abstract
Two cryptic plasmids designated PO-1 and PO-2 that had molecular weights of 1.5 × 106 and 45 × 106 daltons, respectively, were isolated from Salmonella pullorum MS53. A 150 to 1 ratio of PO-1 to PO-2 plasmids was estimated to occur.
