Location of the Region Controlling Host Specificity (hsII) with Respect to Drug Resistance Markers on the fi R Factor, N-3

Abstract

The region controlling host specificity (hsII) has been mapped, by P22 transduction, with respect to drug resistance markers carried on the fi R factor, N-3. The relative linear sequence of cotransducible markers is Tc-Su-Sm-hsII.
