Abstract
By antibody absorption it was found that strains of influenza virus exhibiting P-Q differences were related according to certain patterns.
In the course of this investigation it was also revealed that some viruses possessed masked antigens capable of stimulating antibody production but incapable of combining efficiently with antibody.
