Abstract
Eighty-nine patients with defective ovulation were treated either with clomiphene citrate, with or without human chorionic gonadotrophin, or bromocryptine. The pregnancy rate in the two groups was 33.3 and 28.6 percent, respectively. There were no major complications in this study; the merits of these regimens in a unit without facilities for endocrine study are discussed.
