Lambdoid Coliphage HK139 Integrates Between his and supD

Abstract

Phage HK139 is UV inducible and λ homoimmune and has the host range of φ80. It can recombine with λ as well as with φ80, and in the prophage form it is found integrated between the loci his and supD.
