Abstract

The occurrence of multifocal rhabdomyoma is exceedingly rare with less than half a dozen cases collected in the literature. We present a case of multifocal rhabdomyoma of the head and neck that involves extension of the tumor to the vallecula, the glossoepiglottic fold, and the aeriepiglottic fold.
