Page 1398, Table 3: All values that are shown as “<0.015” should instead read “≤0.015.” The MIC90 and MIC50 of isavuconazole for C. albicans should read “0.03” and “≤0.015,” respectively. The voriconazole MIC range for other Candida spp. should read “≤0.015-0.06” instead of “<0.015-0.006” and the isavuconazole MFC range for other Candida spp. should read “0.03->16” instead of “0.003->16.”
