Mir-302 reprograms human skin cancer cells into a pluripotent ES-cell-like state

In the Materials and Methods section (page 2123, first column), the authors inadvertently omitted two nucleotides in the mir-302c pair sequences (lines 10–15). The corrected sequences are as follows:

• mir-302c-sense, 5′-CGCTAGCGCTACCTTTGCTTTAACATGGAGGTACCTGCTGTGTGAAACAGAAGTAAGTGCTTCCATGTTTCAGTGGAGGCGTCTAGACAT-3′; and

• mir-302c-anti-sense, 5′-ATGTCTAGACGCCTCCACTGAAACATGGAAGCACTTACTTCTGTTTCACACAGCAGGTACCTCCATGTTAAAGCAAAGGTAGCGCTAGCG-3′.

• The authors have noted that the error does not affect the results or conclusions of the paper.
