The mean for all types for samples with normal cytology and ASCUS was 2.27 (SD, 1.44), and that for samples with HSIL and LSIL cytology was 14.43 (SD, 12.63). The difference between these means was statistically significant (Student's t = 12.57; P < 0.001).
