Erratum

PMCID: PMC2723213

Lewis LD. Early human studies of investigational agents: dose or microdose? Br J Clin Pharmacol 2009; 67: 277–9.

In [1] the words ‘and recently Phase-II’ should not have been included in the sentence ‘This study provided estimates of the human pharmacokinetics of four structurally related novel compounds and led to the selection of NBI-2, due to its better pharmacokinetic profile, as a potential hypnotic agent, for subsequent Phase-I and recently Phase-II studies in humans.’ The sentence should read as This study provided estimates of the human pharmacokinetics of four structurally related novel compounds and led to the selection of NBI-2, due to its better pharmacokinetic profile, as a potential hypnotic agent, for subsequent Phase-I studies in humans.

We apologize for this error.
