Abstract

An acid extract prepared from a single strain of Campylobacter jejuni reacted with rabbit antisera against 21 strains of C. jejuni and Campylobacter coli. The immunogen is resistant to Formalin and to exposure to 100°C for 30 min. The antigenic extract may have practical applications in human serology.
