Stability of Anti-Candida Precipitating Antibody in Stored Sera as Determined by Counterimmunoelectrophoresis

Abstract

Prolonged storage of sera at −20°C did not significantly affect anti-Candida precipitin titers measured by counterimmunoelectrophoresis when compared with the original determinations.
