Previous work has validated the conversion of (R)-benzodiazepinedione to acetylaszonalenin by AnaAT and AnaPT, and in this work we validate the activation and loading of anthranilate by AnaPS module 1. The loading and epimerization of Trp, and the condensation and cyclization reactions are hypothetical.
