The sentence ‘The subjects were followed from the date of cohort entry for up to 2 months or until the occurrence of the study outcome (severe skin or soft tissue complication defined below)’ should read ‘The subjects were followed from the date of cohort entry for up to 2 days or until the occurrence of the study outcome (severe skin or soft tissue complication defined below).’
