An 88-year-old farmer presented with a slow-growing lesion on the left side of his neck, which had been there for years but only recently began to grow. He also complained it was itchy.

The most likely diagnosis is

  1. Dermatitis

  2. Actinic keratosis

  3. Psoriasis

  4. Bowen disease

  5. Basal cell carcinoma
