(b) Schematics of the microfluidic chamber (side-view). Electrodes are fabricated on a microscope slide glass. A microfluidic chamber is constructed using PDMS spacers at various heights (red) and a fluidic system is constructed by covering the enclosure via a cover glass. An inverted microscope with a CCD camera is used for observations.
