SNO International Outreach Research Fellowship
Applications for the 2011 SNO International Outreach Fellowship are due October 18, 2010.
This 1-year fellowship allows professionals from developing regions to perform clinical, translational, or basic research in pediatric or adult neuro-oncology in the United States or Canada. The fellowship is made possible through the generous support of the American Brain Tumor Association and EMD Serono.
The awardee is chosen on the basis of the novelty and scientific merit of the proposed study and his or her credentials, as well as the potential effect the fellowship will have on the advancement of neuro-oncology in his or her home country.

Section on Tumors/BrainLAB International Research Fellowship
The American Association of Neurological Surgeons/Congress of Neurological Surgeons Section on Tumors announces a new international research fellowship program, Section on Tumors/BrainLAB International Research Fellowship (funding is provided by BrainLAB AG).
The fellowship allows neurosurgeons from outside the United States and Canada to perform clinical, translational, or basic research in neurosurgical oncology in a clinical or laboratory setting in the United States. Awardees will receive $50,000 salary support and travel expenses for 1 year.

Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG)-American College of Radiology Radiation Oncology Resident Training Fellowship
The RTOG, with support from the American College of Radiology, has established a radiation oncology resident training fellowship. This 5-day fellowship at RTOG headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will introduce residents to radiation oncology research. RTOG fellows will participate in a 2-day RTOG education and training session and a 3-day program designed by the resident and RTOG leadership and staff to more fully investigate their areas of interest in radiation oncology.
