Effects of ETS-1 DN on mRNA expression of chemokines and adhesion molecules. The mRNA expression for the chemokines and adhesion molecules studied was measured by real-time RT-PCR. It was first normalized using ribosomal protein S9 mRNA to correct for differences in total RNA loading and then standardized to the mean value of the Veh-injured (Veh-Inj) group, which was assigned a value of 1.
