Specific binding of the [3H]E2 by cytosol from adult male rats and Morris hepatoma 7777. Aliquots (200 μl) of whole cytosol (5 mg/ml) were precipitated with protamine sulfate and were incubated with 1.5 mM of [3H]E2 in the presence or absence of 100-fold unlabeled E2.
