Wild-type and mutant SIV replication kinetics in HSC-F cells. HSC-F cells were infected with SIVmac239 (WT, open circles), SIVmac239Gag205E (205E, closed diamonds), SIVmac239Gag205E312P (205E312P, asterisk), or SIVmac239Gag205E340M (205E340M, open triangles).
