1H-15N TROSY NMR spectrum at 800 MHz of uniformly 15N-labeled glucokinase (520 μM in 50 mM HEPES pH 7.0, 50 mM KCl, and 4 mM TCEP) in the absence (A) and presence (B) of 50 mM glucose. The spectra were recorded at 40 °C, as matrices of 2048(N2)×290(N1) real points and accumulation of 512 scans (in the absence of glucose) or 128 scans (in the presence of glucose), multiplied by a cosine apodization function and zero-filled up to 2048(N2)×512(N1) data points. Negative peaks, colored in green, are due to the leakage of anti-TROSY contributions.
