There are two corrections:

In the Materials and Methods section that describes ll-FBA, the right side of the second and third equations should read a_i =0 and a_i =1. Corrected version:

$$a_i=\begin{array}{c}1if{v}_i>0\\ 0if{v}_i<0\end{array}$$

$$G_i>0if{a}_i=0$$

$$G_i<0if{a}_i=1$$

$$N_{\text{int}}G=0.$$

In Fig. 3 c, the colors of the red and blue lines were accidentally swapped while preparing the figure legend. The corrected version of Fig. 3:

Neither has any effect on the validity of the work, but were rather typographical errors in the manuscript preparation.
