Under “Discussion,” a model for the mode of action of the Clu proteins was incorrectly ascribed. The source cited in the left column on line 42 should be Ref. 31 rather than Ref. 22. The correct statement is “In the specific case of the Clu proteins, they have been suggested to compete with the tetracopeptide repeats on the kinesin light chain to prevent interaction of kinesin with its mitochondrial receptor (31).” In addition, the correct surname of the second author in Ref. 31 is Scott. We apologize unreservedly to Logan et al. for these errors.
