A P value was improperly edited. On page 2529, the fourth sentence of the second paragraph of the Intervention Baseline and Follow-up Protocol section should read: Stage 1 women experienced the most change, with 71% moving out of this stage (P <.001 for test that P =. 035): 23% of these women (n = 48) moved to stage 2, and 48% (n = 102) moved to stage 3.
