Mean ± sem behavioral data collected the day after the last sex behavior trial, females from experiments 1 and 2. Females were tested in the EPM for 5 min. In experiment 1, SB-treated females were compared with controls. In experiment 2, WT and ERαKO females both treated (SB) and not treated (Cont) were compared (four groups: WT Cont, WT SB, ERαKO Cont, and ERαKO SB).
