In Jeong et al. (2011)‘hesperetin’ was erroneously spelled as ‘hesperedin’ throughout the paper. In the second paragraph of the Introduction, the sentence ‘Orally administered hesperedin is converted to a de-glycosylated metabolite, hesperedin, by intestinal microflora in vivo’ should have read ‘Orally administered hesperidin is converted to a de-glycosylated metabolite, hesperetin, by intestinal microflora in vivo’. All other instances of ‘hesperedin’ should be read as ‘hesperetin’.
