Effect of oral administration of jellyfish collagen extracts on Ig production activity of lymphocytes. Female BALB/c mice (6 animals per group) were orally administered 10 mg·kg body weight⁻¹·day⁻¹ of jellyfish collagen extracts (JC), 1 mg·kg body weight⁻¹·day⁻¹ of bovine Achilles tendon collagen (BC) or 10 mM NaPB as the vehicle control (VC) for 14 days. Lymphocytes were isolated from spleen, PP and MNL on day 14, and inoculated in 5% FBS-ERDF medium at 8.0 × 10⁵ cells mL⁻¹. After 24 h of cultivation, the Ig concentration in the culture medium was measured using ELISA. The results are represented as the means ± SD (n = 5). ^*p < 0.05 and ^***p < 0.001
