Corrigendum

In Volume 89, Number 10, October 2011, p. 708, the first sentence of the fifth paragraph should read: “The Planning Commission, the government agency responsible for the country’s Five-Year Plans, has pledged to spend more on health in the next plan, which begins next year.”
