Rg1 regulates HIF-1α protein. HUVECs were treated with Rg1 (150 nM) for 0, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 120, and 240 min. Cell lysates (50 μg) were subjected to immunoblotting with antibody against HIF-1α and HIF-1β. β-actin was used as a loading control. The signal intensities were determined by densitometry.
