Data of AML patients with DNMT3A exon 23 mutations were complete and were included in the Cox proportional-hazards regression. NPM1: Nucleophosmin; FLT3-ITD: internal tandem duplication of the FLT3 gene; Allo-SCT: Allogeneic stem-cell transplantation; Ida: idarubicin; WBC: white blood cell count.
