All experiments were performed in 10 mM sodium cacodylate (pH 5.8) with 10 mM KCl and 10 mM MgCl2. Errors are the standard errors of the mean. Errors in Kd were typically higher than in stoichiometry or enthalpy due to increased sensitivity to scatter in the transition region of the ITC curve.
