Rhesus monkeys were injected in utero with 4 × 10¹¹ vg/kg scAAV5-LP1-hFVII-coop near term, and administered a second dose of 4 × 10¹¹ vg scAAV8-LP1-hFVII-coop IV 1 year after birth. Tissue samples were collected at ∼ 1.5 years of age and viral genome copy number per cell was quantified by quantitative PCR.
