MNS disrupts preformed colonies of the osteosarcoma cell lines. Representative photomicrographs for each cell line 24 hours after incubation in the presence of 10 μM MNS, 10 μM of the inactive analogue, or 1% DMSO as a vehicle control. Each experiment was performed in triplicate, each with three wells per group.
