· At the annual winter conference of the Manitoba Veterinary Medical Association (MVMA), held January 11–13, 2002, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Drs. Keith Campbell and Dick Van Middlesworth were celebrated as the MVMA's Veterinarians of the Year.
Dr. Campbell, a current CVMA Executive Committee member, served as the chair of the organizing committee of the Great Manitoba Dog Party for the first several years and Dr. Van Middlesworth has since taken over these voluntary duties. No small challenge, but a job well done!
